How to use All-Access on StAugustine.com

NOTE: If All-Access login window is not popping up when you click login button, you may need to allow page to fully load before clicking login button. Some computers and browsers are slower than others and may take a moment for Press+ to load before login will work.

1.) Locate and Click All-Access Login button on StAugustine.com

2.) Enter enter your username and password in login box that pops up. You may need to turn off pop-up blockers to see the login box.

3.) You should now see a confirmation that you are logged in.

4.) Click the close button, page will refresh and you will be logged in.

PRESS+ GENERAL INFORMATION:

What is Press+

Press+ is an online subscription service for news publishers. If you recently subscribed to one of our news websites, your credit card statement will show a Press+ charge.

What are the different types of subscriptions you can purchase through Press+?

Every publication we work with offers a unique subscription package. Many of our affiliates offer a print edition to local subscribers as well as online subscriptions for the website, meaning the articles you read online. Some newspapers also offer an e-Edition (a PDF replica version of the paper), an iPad/iPhone application, and mobile device versions of the newspaper.

While Press+ always will handle the full website version of the paper, we are constantly growing in terms of the other services we offer. Some publications manage their own e-Editions, iPad/iPhone applications, and/or mobile device applications. Please check your records (confirmation emails, billing, etc.) if you purchased or subscribed for these versions of the paper through Press+. If you subscribed to any of these services through the newspaper, iTunes, or another service provider, Press+ may not be able to answer your billing questions or make changes to your account.

Creating a Press+ Account

If you have not previously used Press+ to access your favorite content online, you will be prompted to create an account to purchase a digital subscription on our affiliate websites. To create a Press+ account, follow these steps:

  1. When you see the Press+ prompt (a box that appears on your screen while browsing on the website), click the"Next"button to sign up.
  2. Select from the list of subscription products available on the following page and click"Next."
  3. Fill out the required information on the account information page to create your Press+ account and click"Next."
  4. If you selected a subscription that requires payment, please fill out the name, credit card number, expiration date and billing zip code of the credit card you are using to complete your purchase. Then click“Next.”
  5. You will see a printable confirmation screen detailing your purchase and a confirmation notice will be sent to you via e-mail.
  6. Click the"Close"button to continue reading.
SIGNING INTO YOUR PRESS+ ACCOUNT:
Why Am I Being Asked To Sign Into My Press+ Account Again?

You will be asked to sign in again if you have changed computers or internet browsers.

To sign in, follow these steps:

  1. Click “Sign In” in the upper right hand corner of the Press+ subscription box.
  2. Enter your email address and password and click the “Sign In” button in the lower right hand corner.
  3. You are now signed in to your account. Click the “X” in the upper right hand corner of the box and continue reading.
Can I Log In On Multiple Devices?

With Press+, you can log in on your desktop, laptop, iPad, and other devices. Remember, when accessing online content on a new device, you may be asked to log in again with the email address and password you created when you initially subscribed.

PASSWORD RESET:
Resetting Your Password

To reset your password, follow these steps:

  1. Clickhere.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your Press+ account.
  3. A link to reset your password will be emailed to you. If you don’t receive an email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. If this doesn’t work, pleasenotify us.
ACCOUNT INFORMATION:
Updating Your Email Address

To update the email address associated with your Press+ account, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Press+ accountwith the email address and Press+ password. If you do not remember your password, clickhere.
  2. The screen you see serves as a portal from which you can edit your account information. To change your email address, select “Account Settings.”
  3. Click “Edit” and enter the new email address.
  4. Click"Submit".
PAYMENT INFORMATION/BILLING:
Updating Your Payment Method

To update your payment information, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Press+ accountwith your email address and Press+ password.
  2. The screen you see serves as a portal from which you can edit your account information. To change your payment or billing information, select"Update Payment Information".
  3. Confirm that the name and billing zip code associated with your credit/debit card are correct
  4. If you need to replace the credit card on file, enter the new card number and expiration date.
  5. Click"Submit"
Why is "Press+" Listed on My Credit Card Statement?

Press+ is an online subscription service for news publishers. If you recently subscribed to an online news website or your subscription has renewed, your statement will show a Press+ charge.

SUBSCRIPTION MODIFICATION:
Cancelling Your Subscription

To cancel an online subscription through Press+, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Press+ accountwith your email address and Press+ password.
  2. The screen you see serves as a portal from which you can edit your account information. To cancel a subscription, select “Modify Subscriptions.”
  3. Select the “Cancel” link on the right side of the screen. This action will set your subscription to cancelat the end of the current billing cycle.
Changing Your Subscription Plan

To convert to a different online subscription, please contact Press+ Customer Care viaour online formor by phone at 866.71.PRESS (866.717.7377).

PRINT SUBSCRIPTIONS:
Why Have I Been Asked to Verify or Update My Print Subscription Address?

Some Press+ affiliate sites offer discounts for purchasing a combined print and online subscription. In order to grant you discounted online access, we need to confirm that you are an active print subscriber. We do this by matching the home delivery information you gave us when you signed up online with the home delivery information your newspaper has on file. If you have received a notification from Press+ concerning this issue, we have had trouble in this matching process.

To verify or update your print subscription information, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Press+ accountwith your email address and password.
  2. The screen you see serves as a portal from which you can edit your account information. To update your print subscription information, select “Update Print Address”.
  3. Select “Edit” to update the address and phone number where you receive your publication.
  4. Click “Submit”.

Can I Block Third-Party Cookies After Completing Registration?

Yes, you may change your settings back on your browser after registering. Please keep in mind that if you switch computers or clear your browser cookies (some browsers do this automatically), you may encounter the technical difficulties screen again as you proceed on the web site.
